About

I am Josef Tot, an IT guy and developer based in Austria. This site is where I keep my notes in the open: how I approach problems, the tools I use, and the projects that come out of it.

Most of my work right now is agentic systems: teams of AI agents that do real business work. That means research, marketing, product listings, regulatory paperwork, CAD plans, legal research. And the plumbing that keeps them honest: sourced facts, measured output, humans at the gates. My goal is to help other people automate their businesses the same way, on whatever platform suits them.

Before that, and hopefully again, there was music: producing and mixing as JOE T.
